CAMP CREATIVE WAS A BLAST!
A Jolly Time at Camp Creative This Christmas!
This year’s Camp Creative at Christmas was a festive and fun-filled experience that left students with memories to cherish and new skills to carry forward. Our holiday programme brought together budding performers for a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and festive spirit!
Throughout the programme, students had a jolly time exploring a variety of exciting activities. They started by learning new and engaging drama games that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. The laughter and energy were contagious as students got into character and explored different ways of expressing themselves.
A highlight of the camp was the performance of Christmas poems, where students had the opportunity to showcase their individual talents and bring classic festive words to life with their own flair.
The creative spirit soared as students took on the roles of directors, performers, and writers for their very own Christmas stories. They crafted original tales full of festive magic, each one unique and full of imagination. The students not only performed these stories but also took charge of the creative process, designing costumes, experimenting with make-up ideas, and crafting their own set designs for their productions and original characters.
The week was a perfect blend of creativity, expression, and teamwork, and we couldn’t be prouder of how our students embraced each challenge with enthusiasm. Camp Creative at Christmas is a wonderful way to explore new talents, develop confidence, and celebrate the holiday season through the arts.
A huge thank you to all the students for their fantastic contributions, and we can’t wait to see what they will create next time!

CAMP CREATIVE WAS A BLAST!
Our October programme kicked off with a dynamic first week of Shaping Stories and Building Leaders. Here, our young creators took the reins—crafting original stories, guiding their peers through lively production meetings, and refining their narratives through rehearsals and performances. It was a true showcase of collaboration and creativity.
In week two From Script to Stage!, the spotlight was on performance skills, where students brought scripted characters to life by delving into emotions, backstories, and mastering staging techniques. But the creative journey didn’t stop there—they also explored the world of design, crafting costumes, sets, and make-up to fully realise their characters. Each student confidently presented their design choices to their peers, gaining valuable feedback and building self-assurance.
Throughout the two action-packed weeks, our students not only honed their literacy and performance skills but also strengthened essential life skills, leadership abilities, design thinking, and personal development. A truly transformative experience from concept to curtain call!
